- A new 5-inch LCD display allows you to easily manage the excavator’s settings and access critical functions and operations quickly.
- Adjust the flow of the hydraulic attachment using the digital display as standard for improved speed and ease of use.
- Proportional fingertip control provides low effort and precise operation of hydraulic attachments. Optional proportional joysticks significantly enhance the maneuverability of your machine and attachments.
- A proven, high-quality RCV (remote control valve) lever has been added to improve functionality and facilitate the use of any attachment.
Safety Standards
HD Hyundai compact excavators have some of the highest safety standards, offering state-of-the-art features, some of which are unique in the industry.
- The automatic safety lock prevents unintended operation since the excavator is not controlled solely by the RCV lever. The cab structure of the HX17A Z is made from low-stress, high-strength integral welded steel to meet ROPS (rollover protective structures) and TOPS (tip-over protective structures) standards.
- The hydraulic accumulator has a tank that retains a little pressure when the machine is off, allowing you to lower the boom and arm, leaving your equipment in a safe position after use.
- The anti-theft system includes password-protected ignition. Additionally, there is an extra GPS tracker (Hi-MATE) that allows you to quickly locate the machine in case of theft.
- A safety valve on the bulldozer blade cylinder provides exceptional safety during loading and digging operations.
